Call the toll free number, Monday through Friday 8am to 9pm (EST)
The ID Recovery Specialist will verify your membership using your Member ID found in your Welcome Letter. Multi-lingual service is available. Explain your situation to the ID Recovery Specialist, and you’re on your way to recovery.
