Guaranteed Capped $75 Hourly Rate
After your initial Free Consultation, you are guaranteed the low hourly rate of $75 per hour. Likewise if a service you started on a guaranteed discounted rate becomes more complicated-after discussing with you-your attorney could continue your coverage at just $75 an hour.

How to use the program
Call the toll free number, Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm (CST)
The Legal Plan Service Representative will verify your membership using your Member ID located in your Welcome Letter. The Representative will provide you with the name and phone number of a participating attorney who specializes in your required area of law, at a location near you, and fluent in your language. Call the participating attorney, tell them you are a member of Your Personal Advantage™.
Legal Plan Participating Attorneys are specially selected, licensed in the state they practice and must comply with all rules and ethical codes in effect.
If you have other matters requiring an attorney in a different area of expertise, call the toll free number. The Legal Plan Service Representative will assist you in locating an attorney with experience in that area.

Exclusions: Legal Service covers advice and consultations for virtually every personal legal matter except the following: commercial, farm or business matters including rental property; class action suits; patent or trademark matters; and employment related matters. Disputes or proceedings involving Argent Marketing, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates or sponsoring organizations, third party providers and its affiliates or any Participating Attorney. Services on behalf of a spouse or dependent when the primary member has an adversary interest. Any matter that is frivolous, harassing or otherwise in violation of ethical rules. Payment for filing fees, court costs, reporter fees and any other costs paid to a third party for handling your concern are not covered under our guaranteed rates. Participating attorneys are solely responsible for providing all legal services and plan benefits. This program is administrated by third party providers. Legal Service is not an insurance program.
